We stand behind every product we sell. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
Return Window
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date shown in your order's tracking information.
Eligibility Requirements
Due to food safety regulations, the following conditions apply:
- Items must be unopened and in original, undamaged packaging
- Items must be in a resalable condition
- Opened, partially used, or damaged items are not eligible for return unless the damage was caused by us (see Damaged or Incorrect Items below)
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact us at team@greencart.madethis.app within 30 days of delivery
- Include your order number and a brief description of the item(s) you'd like to return
- We'll respond within 1-2 business days with return instructions and a prepaid shipping label (if applicable)
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it back to us
Refunds
- Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days after we receive the returned item
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- You will receive an email confirmation when your refund is processed
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we'll make it right — no return required:
- Full replacement of the item, or
- Full refund to your original payment method
Simply email us at team@greencart.madethis.app with your order number and a photo of the issue, and we'll sort it out promptly.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Opened food items (for food safety)
- Items returned after the 30-day window
- Items purchased during final sale promotions (where noted)
