GreenCart is an eco-friendly food dropship store that curates and sells organic, vegan, zero-waste, and gluten-free food products. Products are sourced from trusted dropship suppliers and shipped directly to you. We are committed to sustainable business practices and carbon-neutral shipping.

3. Products

All product descriptions, images, and pricing are provided in good faith and are subject to change without notice.
Product availability is not guaranteed; items may become unavailable after an order is placed.
We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue products at any time.
Dietary certifications (organic, vegan, gluten-free, etc.) are provided by the respective suppliers. GreenCart is not responsible for manufacturer formulation changes.

4. Orders

Orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud or pricing errors.
If we cancel an order after payment, you will receive a full refund within 5-10 business days.
We will notify you by email if your order cannot be fulfilled.
Prices displayed are in US dollars and are exclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

5. Shipping

We aim to process orders within 1-3 business days.
Estimated delivery timelines are provided as a courtesy and are not guaranteed.
Delivery delays due to carrier issues, weather, or circumstances beyond our control are not grounds for order cancellation after shipment.
We currently ship within the United States only.

6. Returns & Refunds

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unopened, undamaged items in original packaging.
Due to food safety regulations, opened or damaged items are not eligible for return unless the damage was caused by our error.

8. Limitation of Liability
