At GreenCart, we believe sustainability extends beyond the product — that's why every single shipment is carbon-neutral. We offset 100% of the shipping emissions for every order at no extra cost to you.


Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1-3 business days of payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.
  • You will receive an email confirmation when your order ships, including a tracking number.

Delivery estimates begin from the date of shipment, not the date of order. Actual delivery times may vary due to carrier capacity, holidays, or circumstances outside our control.


Carbon-Neutral Shipping

Every GreenCart order ships carbon-neutral. We partner with verified carbon offset programs to neutralize the emissions from every delivery — from our suppliers' warehouses to your door. You don't pay anything extra; this is simply how we do business.


International Shipping

We do not currently ship outside of the United States. We hope to expand internationally in the future — stay tuned!


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with:

  • Your tracking number
  • A direct link to track your package with the carrier

If you don't receive a shipping confirmation within 3 business days of your order, please contact us at team@greencart.madethis.app.


Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. GreenCart is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error immediately after ordering, contact us as soon as possible at team@greencart.madethis.app — we'll do our best to correct it before shipment.
